How To Spend A Week Before UPSC Prelims Examination?

1. ये बात सच है कि कॉलेज के सिलेबस को पूरा करना भी जरूरी है, पर आईएएस परीक्षा की तैयारी आप कॉलेज से मिलने वाले खाली समय में कर सकते हैं.
2. आईएएस परीक्षा के लिए समय सारिणी तैयार करें. क्योंकि समय सारिणी के जरिये ही आप अपने वक्त का सबसे ज्यादा उपयोग कर सकते हैं.
3. उम्र का आप लाभ उठा सकते हैं. क्योंकि UPSC Civil Service Exam में बैठने के लिए या आईएएस पद के लिए आवेदक की न्यूनतम उम्र 21 और अधि‍कतम 32 साल है. ऐसे में आप अगर फाइनल ईयर में हैं और आपकी उम्र 21 साल हो गई है तो आपको आईएएस परीक्षा में बैठने के ज्यादा मौके मिलेंगे.

4. आईएएस परीक्षा में मिलने वाली सफलता इस बात पर भी निर्भर करती हैं कि आप मॉक टेस्ट को कितनी गंभिरता से लेते हैं. तैयारी के दौरान मॉक टेस्ट जरूर दें. इससे आपको अपनी तैयारी का अंदाजा लग जाएगा.
5. IAS की तैयारी में अखबार आपके सबसे ज्यादा काम आएंगे. रोजाना अखबार खूब अच्छी तरह पढ़ें.
6. जिन विषयों में आप मजबूत हैं, उन्हीं विषयों को आईएएस के लिए रखें. तैयारी में आसानी होगी.
7. IAS की तैयारी के लिए हमेशा अच्छी और ऑथेंटिक किताबों का ही चयन करें. इसमें NCERT की किताबें आपकी मदद कर सकती हैं.

8. आईएएस की तैयारी में group discussion सबसे ज्यादा मददगार साबित होती है. कम से कम एक घंटे group discussion जरूर करें. दरअसल, ऐसे topics हमें ज्यादा दिनों तक याद रहते हैं, जिन पर हम किसी बात करते हैं. इसके साथ ही अगर टॉपिक को लेकर आपके मन में कोई doubt है तो वो भी clear हो जाता है.
